What we're looking for

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience gathering and documenting requirements
Ability to structure information and prioritize effectively
Understanding of business process modeling
Familiarity with web platforms and digital products
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
English level B2 or higher

Additional skills

nice to have

Experience communicating with English-speaking clients
Technical background or education
Familiarity with bug-tracking systems (YouTrack, Jira)
Experience with prototyping tools (Figma or similar)
